We offer a full one-year manufacturer warranty starting from the date of delivery. It covers manufacturing defects but does not apply to damage caused by neglect, lack of maintenance, or improper handling.

You can reach out via online message or email for any technical support. Even after the one-year warranty, we continue to provide support and access to spare parts for our stools.
