Frequently Asked Questions

1. Does the unit include a handpiece? The handpiece is optional. We can provide both high-speed and low-speed handpieces, including fiber optics, LED handpieces, and inner spray air motors.
2. Do I need to buy an external air compressor? No, the unit comes with a built-in 550W silent oil-free air compressor. This makes it more cost-saving and truly portable.
3. Does it require a separate suction unit? No. The suction is driven by electricity, allowing it to work continually alongside the handpiece without weakening during long operations.
4. What type of handpiece hose connection is used? We provide standard Borden 2-hole or Midwest 4-hole hoses. We can also customize the unit with 6-hole fiber optic connections if required.
5. Can the low-speed handpiece be converted to an electrical motor? Yes, we can customize units with electrical motors. This is a common request for many of our international clients.
6. Is it compatible with 110V power systems (e.g., USA)? Definitely. We produce units in both 110V and 220V versions and provide various plug types to suit different national standards.
